Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information
Your California privacy rights (CCPA/CPRA)
Last updated: 16 August 2026
Our position
We do not sell personal information for monetary or other valuable consideration, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising, as those terms are defined in the CCPA as amended by the CPRA. We do not operate or participate in an advertising network. There is, in substance, nothing here to opt out of.
This page exists anyway, for two reasons: you are entitled to make the request and receive a written answer, and you have a related right — the right to limit the use of sensitive personal information — that does have practical content on this service.
Sensitive personal information
The CPRA classifies information about a consumer's sex life or sexual orientation as sensitive personal information. If you have enabled adult mode, information about that use falls into this category.
We use it for one purpose only: to provide the feature you asked for. We do not use it to infer characteristics about you, we do not use it for advertising or profiling, and we do not disclose it to anyone other than the model provider that must execute your generation. That is already the narrowest permitted use, so there is nothing further to limit — but you may ask us to confirm it in writing, and we will.
If you want the underlying data gone rather than limited, disable adult mode in your settings, or request deletion. See the Privacy Policy.
Submitting a request
Send your request to info@raydance.ai. Say which right you are exercising — to know, to delete, to correct, to opt out of sale or sharing, or to limit the use of sensitive personal information.
We verify your identity against the account before acting, because handing your data to somebody impersonating you would be the worse outcome. We respond within 45 days, extendable once by a further 45 days where reasonably necessary, and we will tell you if we need the extension.
You may use an authorised agent. We will ask for written proof of authorisation and may ask you to confirm it directly.
Global Privacy Control
We honour Global Privacy Control signals. Because we do not sell or share personal information, a GPC signal produces no change in how we treat you — you were already receiving the outcome it asks for.
Non-discrimination
We will not deny you service, charge you a different price, provide a different level of quality, or suggest that we might, because you exercised a privacy right. We operate no financial incentive programme tied to personal information.
If we refuse
If we decline a request, we will tell you why. You may appeal by replying to our decision; we will respond within the period your state's law provides. If we refuse again, we will tell you how to complain to your state Attorney General.
