Youth protection

The service offers an optional adult mode. It is confined to a closed user group within the meaning of § 4(2) sentence 2 JMStV: in Germany, access requires age verification by an external identity-verification provider. Details are in the Acceptable Use Policy and the Privacy Policy.
The functions of a youth protection officer under § 7 JMStV are performed by the responsible person named above; as a provider with fewer than 50 employees this route is available under § 7(2) JMStV.
Consumer dispute resolution
We are neither willing nor obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board (§ 36(1) no. 1 VSBG).
The European Commission's online dispute resolution platform ceased operating on 20 July 2025 and is no longer available. It is therefore deliberately not linked here.
Responsibility for content
We are responsible for our own content under the general laws pursuant to § 7(1) DDG. For content posted by users, § 10 DDG applies: we are not responsible for it unless we have actual knowledge of unlawful activity or information, and we act expeditiously once we obtain such knowledge. There is no general obligation to monitor transmitted or stored information under § 8 DDG and Art. 8 of Regulation (EU) 2022/2065.
You can report unlawful content at any time through our notice and action procedure. We assess every report and remove or disable unlawful content without delay.
