Consumer dispute resolution

We are neither willing nor obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

The European Commission's online dispute resolution platform ceased operating on 20 July 2025. Consumers retain every right to bring proceedings before the courts of their own place of residence.

Responsibility for content

We are responsible for our own content under the general law. For content stored at the request of users we benefit from the hosting exemption in Art. 6 of Regulation (EU) 2022/2065, and there is no general monitoring obligation (Art. 8). We act expeditiously to remove or disable unlawful content once we obtain actual knowledge of it.
