Statutory withdrawal instruction for consumers

A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business or profession.
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day of the conclusion of the contract.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Lukas Knaebel, Qlues Software, Müllerstraße 3, 14482 Potsdam, Germany, email: info@raydance.ai) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (for example a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.
We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
If you requested to begin the performance of services during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us an amount which is in proportion to what has been provided until you have communicated to us your withdrawal from this contract, in comparison with the full coverage of the contract.
Premature expiry of the right of withdrawal
If you ask to start using the service immediately, you lose your right of withdrawal. That is what the statute provides; it is not a restriction we impose.
For services (§ 356(4) BGB)
In the case of a contract for the supply of services, your right of withdrawal expires where we have fully performed the service and began performance only after you gave your express consent to do so and at the same time acknowledged that you would lose your right of withdrawal upon complete performance of the contract by us.
For digital content (§ 356(5) BGB)
In the case of a contract for the supply of digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, your right of withdrawal expires where we have begun performance after you expressly consented to our beginning performance before the end of the withdrawal period, you acknowledged that by giving that consent you lose your right of withdrawal upon the beginning of performance, and we provided you with confirmation of the contract on a durable medium.
In practice: for as long as you have not spent credits and have not started a generation, you may withdraw within fourteen days and receive a full refund. If you wish to start immediately, we will obtain your express consent and acknowledgement first.

Practical notes
- • An email to info@raydance.ai is entirely sufficient. No form is needed and no reason is required.
- • Withdrawal concerns the contract itself. If you only want to stop future renewals, cancellation is the right route and is available at any time.
- • Refunds are made without undue delay and within fourteen days at the latest, to the original payment method.
- • If you are acting as a business, no right of withdrawal applies; your cancellation rights under the Terms are unaffected.
